FREEDOM TO ASSEMBLE?

In the time that we live people are becoming more and more skeptical and afraid. Some of the articles that you will see today show just how frustrated and callous people have become to people simply knocking on their door. In the past it was exciting to welcome guests into your home and talk with someone coming to your door. Today is a much different story. Fear of Jehovah's witnesses or burglars have people all but ignoring the door and if they answer it is usually with a half cracked doorway so they can muscle out an intruder. I would urge all disciples of Yeshua (Jesus) to keep an eye on these current American rights. Pray for lost souls and don't stop street witnessing or door knocking if the Holy Spirit is leading you to do that.

  1. It does show, however that the best way to be a witness is to live right before the ones you know. If each child of God, born into His Kingdom as Jesus told Nicodemus one late night, would live the life He describes, we wouldn't have to worry about knocking on doors, people would come to us, as they did to Him.

  2. Good point, but that's not all of it. Jesus would not have sent his disciples into the all the world, if it was just a matter of living uprightly before the one's you know.
